This is the favorite venue in the Ngala Private Game Reserve among most of the seasoned safari-goers I interviewed.
Setting
The Ngala Tented Safari Camp hugs the Timbavati River. Elephants and other big game drop by to quench their thirst when there's water. You view this wildlife activity from the dining veranda and lap swimming pool.
Serenity
You are virtually assured peace, quiet and privacy in the Ngala Tented Safari Camp. You are in the wilderness, but enjoy luxurious lodging.
Ideal
for lovers
The Ngala Tented Safari Camp is perfect for honeymooners, anniversary celebrants, and other loving couples.
The
tents
There are only six guest tents. They are well-spaced and collectively accommodate a maximum of 12 visitors. Your tent (actually a fixed dwelling crowned with a tent) is spacious, comfortable and stylishly furnished.
Unplugged
You're unplugged from the modern electronic world. Except for emergency use, there is no telephone for guest use. Neither are there TVs and computers. Most visitors (including me) count this as a blessing.
