Boracay

Boracay is celebrated for its silky-textured White Beach. Mid-market resort-goers, windsurfers, and dance-to-dawners. November to May.

El Nido

Intramuros

This walled city dates back to the early Spanish Colonial Period in the 1500s. Although Intramuros ("between the walls") now contains many contemporary structures, its rebuilt historic fortifications and churches are the tourism magnet.

Moalboal

Moalboal in Cebu has first-rate diving and white-sand beaches.  Scuba divers who are more interested in marine nature than in late-night partying. Concentrated at nearby Panagsama and White Beach.

Vigan

Vigan is the best-preserved old Spanish Colonial town in Asia. Its stone streets are lined with two-story historic buildings.

Zamboanga
